Executive Secretary at the Eastern and Southern Africa Water and Sanitation Regulators Association, ESAWAS. She has over twenty (20) years of experience in water supply and sanitation regulation, which includes previous work at the Zambian national WSS regulator and development cooperation.She has been spearheading initiatives to strengthen WSS regulation within the Eastern and Southern African region in particular, across the African continent and globally. She has co-published several papers on WSS regulation and sits in several sector institutions’ advisory boards and on the steering committee of the International Water Association (IWA).
