Mr. Adebo is an internationally renowned utility expert. He has worked extensively as an expert advising governments,utilities, private companies and international finance institutions in reforming water and other infrastructure sectors. His experience advising large public organisations began 25 years ago. He has managed several large projects geared at improving the efficiency of water utilities in the United States and several countries in Sub Saharan Africa, including Nigeria, Gambia, South Africa, Botswana, and Liberia. He has advised many large organizations in areas such as financial management, institutional reform, governance, and operational improvements leveraging technology, policy, organizational and business process changes.
